Public Health England in light of the increasing numbers of cases of Corona Virus COVID-19 in the UK has have asked practices to remove the online appointment booking facility and instead offer either a telephone or a telephone triage slot.
This is intended to make the safety of our patients & staff our overriding priority and avoid anyone who might be infected with the virus unwittingly attending surgery.

Online services are provided by Patient Access. This system is linked to your electronic health records at the surgery. There are many benefits of Patient Access:
- Order repeat prescriptions
- Update your contact details
- View investigation results
- See various aspects of your electronic health record
- Option to share your own health data with your GP using a mobile phone application
If you would like to sign up for these online services, you will need a "ticket code". Please speak to reception who would be more than happy to assist you with this.
