Every GP Practice is required to declare information relating to the mean net earnings of the GPs who have worked at the surgery for at least 6 months.
The information should be made available before the end of the financial year following the financial year the information relates to.

Average earnings calculation for the year ended 31st March 2022
The mean earnings for GPs working in Chapel Lane Surgery in the financial year ended 31st March 2022 was £41,879 before deduction of employee's superannuation contributions, tax and National Insurance. This is the average pay for the 2 full-time GPs and 4 part-time GPs who worked in the practice for more than 6 months during that year.
THE HOLLIES FAMILY SURGERY

The mean earnings for GPs working in The Hollies Family Surgery in the financial year ended 31st March 2022 was £27,165 before deduction of employee's superannuation contributions, tax and National Insurance. This is the average pay for the 3 part-time GPs and 2 Locum GPs who worked in the practice for more than 6 months during that year.
